I just wanted to post an update about what I've been up too.

Most people know I've had some problems with weakness.   Weakness to the point that there have been days I have not been able to stand up once during the course of the day.  It has been frustrating to have test after test run and be told I'm in perfect health.   I now know why I am weak, my cortisol hormones are not producing properly and my levels are severely low.

Cortisol basically runs the body, when it goes out of control the body goes into a shutdown sort of mode.  No cortisol, no energy.  My blood pressure at it's lowest was 90/45 but when you stand with low cortisol the blood pressure plummets and stays low. I haven't been able to stand without blacking out.  So my muscles have atrophied for the most part and I've very been weak.
Through my own note taking, personal health tests and logs, I figured this out.  
I had a feeling back when I was doing radiation therapy and I felt great on the steroid hormone until they pulled it.  Have been extremely weak since.   So being the suspicious sort I had the cortisol tests run on my own recently. 
I am lucky to live near Phoenix, so I have been able to find a special doctor who knows about adrenal dysfunction.  And I'm now learning about it myself so I can get stronger. 

I've accumulated quite an extensive knowledge over time about nutrition, vitamins, herbs, oils and the like.  When your body is deficient in something, no amount of healthy eating, good thoughts, oils and herbs and vitamins will help.  You have to correct the imbalance of the chemistry or it remains a problem.  

This isn't an easy fix problem and I'm not sure how long it'll take to even see improvements.  I do know that today, I stood up 4 times and I'm going to get up and put some boiled eggs from the farmer's market into the fridge and that's a great feeling.  Standing, walking, and movement.  Nothing is better.  For me, tomorrow looks brighter.

Glad you know what is wrong now!
I know how hard that can be when you keep getting told you are perfectly fine.

Now that you know, and are seeing someone about it, I'm sure you'll start seeing improvements soon.
When you start getting your energy back, try yoga! That should help you strengthen your muscles back up.Hug
